Responsibilities include:

1.Design and implementation od complex software workflow systems
2.Congfiguration and management of extensive document content management systems
3.Technical product support for channel partners and end users.
4.Exhaustive troubleshooting of existing product installations and customer suport issues
5.Perform technical site surveys and assist with writing Statement of Work for projects
6.Conduct technical product information webinars and/or demonstrations
7.Provide on-site and/or remote product technical training
8.Ability to develop training course curriculum and assist with thchnical documentation

Technical Qualifications:
1.Must have excellent written and aral Chinese AND English languages skills
2.Must have excellent follow up and self-start skills.
3.University education or equivalent experience required.
4.Four or more years of applicable experience.
5.Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server/Workstation operating systems.
6.Extensive knowledge of Microsoft-based netwaorks and protocols.
7.Ability to write strong technical documentation in both Chinese and English.
8.Reqiures moderate-to-heavy domestics and light foreign travel.
9.Must have current Chinese passport enabling overseas travel.
10.Must be able to visit the United States for extensive product and technical training.
