1. Sony in China related leasing management;
2. Lease preparation, negotiation and ad hoc troubleshooting;
3. Maintain relationship with agent to master market information; 4. Lead service team to delivery full scope of admin. services (Facility Management, Vehicle, Stationery, office management, general services and etc. ) for all departments and affiliates at Zhangjiang office as acting role;

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position; 2. Familiarity with leasing market; 3. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiating and analytical skills; 4. Excellent command of spoken and written English; 5. PC knowledge in Windows, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Exchange.
