FUNCTIONAL WORK TASKS:
1. Leads sorting activity at customer site by providing customer-approved sorting SOP/plan, inspects third party sorting company’s compliance to set standard and validating finished products’ quality status.
2. Performs visual verification on customer’s IQC rejects, production fallouts, FATP returns, etc. and provides disposition/recommendation to FSCI quality management for approval.
3. Maintains record of FA reports’ overall status, keeps track of its daily progress and guarantees that issues are driven to closure.
4. Visits customer site within 2 hours upon receipt of information. Feedback findings to FSCI within 12hrs and provides initial FA report within 24hrs.
5. Closely communicate with off-shore counterparts to ensure all parties are well-informed.
6. Complies with FSCI operational procedures and Code of Conduct.
7. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
