1.根据海关进出口企业信息进行电话拜访，找到物流相关负责人，发送公司介绍，进一步得到客户出货信息。
2.为外勤销售预约潜在客户拜访，提供潜在客户信息给外勤销售或者海外。
3.积累潜在客户信息，参与公司的海空运促销活动，推荐给客户。
4.客户信息，报价等任何销售行为及时录入CRM系统
5.建立并定期维护数据库信息。
6.处理询价报价。
7.通过电话沟通，与其决策者形成并建立专业、良好的合作关系
8.确保客户能获得及时更新的公司信息
9.为确保客户满意度，与其他相关职能部门保持良好的关系及沟通。

Indoor Sales （Senior coordinator）
Sales Activities
1.Make sales callings to potential customers according to data base to get contact person information, trading history. Send company introduction to customers.
2.Make appointments for outdoor sales. Deliver sales leads to outdoor sales or overseas sales.
3.Supports marketing campaigns by following-up on each DM /EDM with target customers over the telephone/email.
Sales Administration
1.Timely input customer information into CRM. Any sales activity is required to input system also.
2.Set up and maintain database pool
3.Support enquiries.
Relationship Management
1、Forms professional and appropriate relationships with decision makers in identified customer organisations through positive telephone contact
2、Ensures customers are kept up to date with relevant Yusen information and reports, where applicable
3、Establishes appropriate relationships and communicates with other relevant functional areas as required to ensure customer satisfaction

*女性，本科及以上学历，能流利进行英语读写；
*至少1年物流销售/客服/操作岗位工作经历；
*有电话销售经验者优先但不限于；
*性格开朗，具备良好的沟通能力。
