Job Responsibilities:
1 To do sales activities to current and new customers daily.
维护新老客户
2 To conclude trading condition with each of customers and sign the contract.
与客户商谈交易条款并签订合同
3 To collect orders from customers and issue orders to factories
收集客户订单并向工厂发出订单
4 To manage monthly shipment to achieve monthly sales target.
管理每月出货以达成每月销售目标。
5 To monitor gap between plan and result monthly and take action.
每月回顾计划和结果之间的差距并采取行动
6 To collect competitors and entire market information and take actions.
收集竞争对手和整个市场信息并采取行动

职位要求：
Position requirements:
1 Around 22-30 years old, 1 year or more working experience.
22-30岁左右，有一年或以上工作经验。
2 University degree or above, like animation, good in Japanese writing and oral skill.
全日制本科及以上学历，爱好动漫，具有良好的日语书面表达以及口语能力。（最好也会一点英文，社内多多少少都会接触到）
3 Have good knowledge to use word, excel and PPT to make company documents.
能熟练运用word, excel, PPT等办公软件。
4 Being sharp to observe market change and make rapid reaction accordingly.
具有敏锐的市场洞察力和良好的判断力。
5 Strong team work spirit with good logical thinking.
较强的团队协作意识与执行能力，逻辑思维能力强；
6 Being hardworking and could be adapt to timely over time working and business trip.
