Execute CBD-II strategy
-A multi-solution provider for selected target non-Japanese clients (e.g. large SOE, large PRC privately-owned enterprise, large multinational company);
-Establish long term relationship;
-Collaboration with SMBC’s various groups.
-Follow and comply rules and regulations.
-Conduct deep and thorough credit analysis before extending credit.
-Minimize credit cost.

Qualification
University graduate; min. 5 years experience in banking/financial services industry; 2 years or more as relationship manager is preferred.
Special knowledge
Relationship management, credit monitoring, risk management, financial analysis, banking and finance products, negotiation and presentation, communication.
-Good understanding of Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Syndicated Loan

Fluent Chinese, English, Good PC skills, Commitment, management skills, business acumen
