The Description of this Role:
• Enhance the brand competitiveness and build multi-pillars with relevant marketing strategy and smooth execution.
• Work closely with internal and external functions, omni-channels to ensure marketing programs implement in consistency to achieve the business target, the net sales and profit.


The scope of work and describe the job responsibilities:
 Lead product strategy well delivered in consistency
1) Localize global product mix with sharpened positioning, point-of-difference and clear selling points.
2) Closely liaise with cross-functions and control omni-channels under calendar phasing and consistent message approach.

 Holistically lead 360° product campaign
1) Develop localized launch plans via integrating all functions and omni-channels.
2) Drive cross functions implement marketing programs under aligned big idea and ensure communication angles in consistency.
3) Maximize the impact of star product launches through all related dimensions of communication, such as advertising, digital social, PR, Tmall marketing, POP, merchandising, etc.
4) Develop daily sustained programs to strengthen multi—pillars, via driving online and offline programs.

 Communication Management
1) Support Brand Leader on local media understanding and high ROI opportunity for pillars building.
2) Manage official owned contents, training, field talking all in line with product strategy to maximize the effectiveness of consumer education and communication.
3) Liaise with headquarter on global assets’ adaptation and control local art layout for online and offline delivery.

 Sales Forecast and Inventory Control
1) Work closely with planner on rolling sales and newness forecast, and provide forecast rational proposal to management for decision.
2) Track business analysis and control omni-channel product mix in line with brand direction
3) Timely update all channels with clear launching, phasing-in, phasing out schedule with clear guidance.

 Market understanding and analysis
1) Dig on market trend of category opportunity and in-depth consumer insight via external and internal database study.
2) Competitive analysis on key launches activities and special offerings.
申请条件
Requirements:
• 5 years experience in cosmetics brands, skincare is preferred.
• Prefer background with rich experience on product management and 360° campaign development.
• Have knowledge on Tmall and Department Store business model.
• FMCG background with rich innovation and campaign development experience is also considerable.
• Strong communication in Mandarin and English.
• Passion for growth, hands-on and result driven.
