[Responsibilities] 1. Be the technical window of the customer. 2. Work with sales & marketing team to introduce storage products and synchronize with customers. 3. Provide design reviews and system integration supports. 4. Work with Qualification Program manager and manage customer qualifications. 5. Support qualification and Quality issue management. 6. Perform other related activities which your superior requests 7. Conduct Joint Qualification and data analysis 8. Conduct quality data analysis and quality communication with Japan team

1、5年以上的SSD相关的客户支持经验 2、有国内大型代工厂品质支持经验者优先 3、有互联网客户支持经验者优先 4、有SSD固态硬盘联合测试经验者优先 [Job Experience] 5 years or more work experience in SSD related customer support experience in China Experience of China big ODM qualification support is preferred Experience of China IDC customer support is preferred Experience of SSD Joint Qualification is preferred [Skill] 1. Good knowledge of SSD Design, Technology, Quality and Working Processes. 2. Good speaking, listening, reading and writing ability in both English and Chinese 3. Good negotiation skill in both Chinese and English language 4. Good communication skill with lots of communication experience with Japanese and local member 5. Team work and leadership to manage your own responsible work and be able to support your superior. 6. Skillful & analytical for problem solving 7. Self-motivated and proactive working attitude 8. Familiar with MS office software 9. Linux OS, Script understanding, device testing and host system knowledge is preferable.
