工作内容
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Closely work with the sales to establish and maintain customer business relationships;
2. Monitor & Carry out daily operations on sales order handling, order confirmation, delivery scheduling, shipment follow up, claim handling and documentation filing;
3. Generate forecasts for the following 4 months and keep it updated and released to all relevant depts. on a monthly basis;
4) File all hard copy documents and records according to ISO/TS and company policy requirements in order to ensure sales order data and documents can be kept completely, accurately and in line with the company retention polices.
5. Carry out the Customer Satisfaction Investigation requested by the procedure.
6. Make the relative monthly and weekly sales reports for the management;

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain or related field
2. Minimum of 7 years of customer service , delivery or supply chain management experience in Auto industry;
3. Customer oriented, open mind, strong sense of responsibility, team work;
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills College or above education required.
