希望能看得懂技术图纸（模具图纸），有制造现场工作经验者。最好做过项目管理相关工作。
需要具有英文沟通能力（同美国沟通，口语和书写均需要）

*To keep track of inbound and outbound shipments and follow up the cargo status.
*To process necessary paperwork in system like creating sales orders, purchasing orders, invoices etc.

【职位描述】
维护既存客户（台资企业客户为主，对应窗口主要为对方的采购人员）。
-- 接受处理新的订单、联系工厂生产、纳期管理、交付跟踪及回款，基本为deskwork。
-- 但根据需要，会前往工厂确认生产进度或解决品质问题（同技术一并前往）。工厂位于吴江，当日往返，1~2次/周。

要求：
--年龄不限。希望有耐心、仔细认真；
-- 大学本科学历优先，专业不限（光学、通信、电子信息工程及相关专业优先）。
-- 2年光通信，通讯行业经验
-- 英语可以顺利读写邮件。

【职位描述】

- Responsible for market research, source and develop EV / magnet / die-casting / connector / heat sink / etc. products for automotive;
- Solicit bids and cost negotiation with suppliers;
- Bid review under the direction of sourcing management;
- Track on price fluctuation of raw material and exchange rate;
- Vendor relationship management and vendor compliance;
- Understand importance of product quality standard;- Purchase or sales experience in automotive industry is preferred.

- Define the quality control plan, work instructions, checklist and ensure implementation via process audit
- Handle customer complaint to make quality statics and reports

- Continuously improve product quality and the implementation by working with facility site
- Audit and approval new suppliers in China with engineering team

岗位要求：
-本科工学学位，或有5年相关工作经验者。
-有光导纤维的QA/QC经验。
-熟悉办公软件，如Word、Excel、PPT.
-英语读写能力
-适应在有限的时间内多线程完成任务。
-良好的人际交往技能，有较强行业内外人脉优先，善于对应国企事业单位者优先。
-熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系及QC工具者优先。
-愿意接受出差。

Job Requirements:
- Engineering degree or 5 years of related work experience
- At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing field especially in fiber-optics telecommunication industry as QA/QC engineer definitely beneficial
- Be familiar with basic Office tools, Word, Excel and PPT
- Good communication skills in Mandarin, lead and written English
- Be able to perform multiple tasks under time constraints
- Strong internal/external customer responsiveness, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of ISO9001 quality management system, QC tools but not essential
- Willing to travel often during working days at Shanghai and eastern China areas mainly

要求：
--本科（含）以上学历，机械工程或相关专业。
--2年以上汽车工程或机械工程相关工作经验（有压铸或粉末冶金产品经验者优先）
----需要一定的英语能力（书面有6级左右或以上水平。能口头交流者更佳，或入职后加强口语锻炼亦可）
--有一定的工作抗压能力，以满足工作的交付期。
--对下记质量工具有一定了解：1PPAP 2.AQPQ 3.FMFA 4.SPC 5.MSA 6.CPK。

工作中会用到几何尺寸及公差，AutoCAD，CAD viewer程序，CATIA，Unigraphics，因此有相关经验者或培训经历者优先。

1. Follow non conformity claim and corrective action (8D report) of suppliers
2. Provide technical guidance to suppliers to ensure product/process compliance with applicable standards and engineering specifications
3. Monitor supplier performance; identify and drive process improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
4. Support OEM project smoothly approval and launching, involve process design and prepare PPAP (CP/MSA/SPC) package, check the linking before working/quality releasing
5. Provide support to plant for all quality cases which related to supplier

-College degree, more than 3 years work experience in quality management
-Auto parts or mechanical industry background
-Good communication skills
-Good English skills(spoken / written)
