Acting as Senior Sales Manager, this person is to take the responsibility of promoting China TB business, expanding customer base and working with line manager to develop market and product expertise. He/she needs to be able to handle customer meeting independently, adopt consultative approach in transaction banking promotion and communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders, all with the aim of improving TB revenue and profits.
