With a strong leadership and sales skill, the new Director of Licensing will find and execute new business deals and contracts for the revenue growth to Licensing Division in Asia, especially focusing on China Mainland. The properties to be developed are including Campus USA (US College Logos), Nicole Miller, Le Man, US Open Surf, Frank Sinatra, Pele and the other licensing properties driven by IMG Executives.

■Strong sales experience and management in licensing is essential, including negotiating
abilities.
■Know-Who and Know-How personnel skills.
■Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English, bi-cultural.
■Knowledge in manufacturing and retail as long as marketing industry.
