Scope of Responsibilities/ 职责范围
-Provide daily support for company IT equipment and server room.
-Operation, control and maintenance of Dongguan Branch’s IT infrastructure, Windows server and Network.
-Setting, installation, and control of PCs for Dongguan Branch users (OS is MS Windows 7 English version).
-Promotion of information security.
-IT assets management and establish company IT documents.
-Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters.
-Work closely with group IT.
-Global IT projects implementation.

Skills and knowledge / 技能及知识
Education/ 教育背景:
-Bachelor degree majored in computer and related.

Experience/经验:
-Above 3 years related working experience with at least 2 years’ experience at similar position.
-Having experience in looking after IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications as a System Administrator in International Companies.

Skills& Qualification/ 技能与资质:
-Strong technical skills in server, networking, security and applications.
-Technical knowledge in PC, accessories maintenance, troubleshooting, MS Office Suite and other common desktop applications.

Language/ 语言要求:
-Good speaking, listening, reading and writing ability in both English and Chinese.
