工作内容
Responsibilities:
1) Overseeing the full spectrum of accounts and finance functions including online Tax declaration, Accounting, Costing, AR, AP, Cash, Inventory, Insurance, Licenses, finance Report of Company.
2) Importing tax and customer tax payment in system.
3) reviewing all reimbursement and payment documents; Review the original documents of the company and handle daily accounting business
4) Accurate & timely submission and preparation of financial reports internal and external.
5) prepare the company annual budgeting, controlling & analysis reports.
6) Analysis all the abnormal variance for all the reports (sales, management account etc.).
7) Closely monitor the Finance workflow of Shenzhen office.
8) Monitor the outstanding debtors.
9) Finance documentation management of SZ company.
10) Audit matters and aliasing with external auditors. Annual inspections.
11) Issue VAT invoices and other formal invoices required.
12) Other works and projects assigned by company.

- Work closely with Sales, Factory and / or Japan in resolving quality issues.
- Provide timely feedback to Sales and customers.
- Recommend preventive measures and assist in improving complaints relating to deliveries or service issues.
- Conduct vendors quality evaluation and assist in customers / supplier’s audit.
- Maintain and update all suppliers’ specifications and customers approved specifications.
- Handle all customer audits and provide timely response on required documents.
