工作内容
The senior specialist assists the leadership with integration of client’s service measures into daily operational procedures in the subgroup of recruiting support team under the Japan HR Support team to ensure successful achievement of business goals, meanwhile acts as the key contact for Recruiting Support, responsible for:
Managing the team to achieve volumes, standards and targets within service level agreements through and with the team.
Providing a centre of excellence, delivering a professional, high quality, cost effective service to the client, in accordance with agreed business and customer requirements.
To ensure that the team are familiar with and follow the HR practices, policies and procedures of all supported countries
To ensure the constant reviewing of current practices to provide greater ABS contribution and improvements for the customer

Accountable for filling roles with internal applicants as priority
Arrange interview for internal applicants
Conduct HR screening
Schedule business interview
Offer proposal and seek approval according to the matrix
Issue out offer and facilitation transitions.
Communicates status, cost implications and potential issues to project
Handles routine scheduling transactions and more complex situations with a minimum of help
Establish expectations for the interim support and an exit strategy
Help shape/define processes/tools for providing long term support as needed
