Main Purpose of Job:
To provide administrative and secretarial support for the China Corporate staff
Principle Accountabilities:
• General administrative duties such as filing, typing and handling telephone
calls.
• Arranging travel and meetings for the corporate staff.
• Maintain Human Resources policy reference materials for the Head of
China HR.
• Assist with routine HR related tasks such as recruitment and compensation
and benefits research for the Head of China HR.
• Carry out ad-hoc projects as required by the department

• Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or similar, and have 1-3 years
HR specialist or generalist experience with well-established MNC's,
specialization in compensation and/or recruitment
• Proficient in English and MS Office application (PowerPoint, Excel, and
Word).
• Excellent analytical skills and highly effective in communications.
• Smart (high EQ) and agile to learn
