工作内容
•Lead Finance team, ensure correctness of financial information.
•Review finance reports and forecasts. Build up business plan and monitor the execution of the business as per the forecast.
•Review and approve expenses, CAPEX and TG & PSC
•Ensure procedures and guidelines are in sync with the Autoliv Financial Manual, Code of Ethics and other ALV standards as appropriate. Create local financial procedures & guidelines in accordance with ALV standards and take proper action to ensure such are properly implemented.
•Work closely with other functions to find cost reduction solutions and monitor resulting action items.
•Lead finance & IT team towards continuous improvement.
•Support all internal/external audits.
•Any other tasks as assigned Managing Director and/or CFO

•Experience in Finance (at least 10 years)
•Proven experience as a Finance Controller
•Recognized experience within an international team
•To be familiar with ERP systems and related reporting tools.
•To master general and analytical accounting procedures including US GAAP.

- To be able to lead a team made up of multiple nationalities
