工作内容
1. 负责以北京和苏州为主的大客户量产项目品质保证及售后技术支持。
2. 跟进处理量产项目来料异常,客户投诉,组织内部和客户有效解决质量纠纷,具有较强的沟通谈判协调能力和一定的专业鉴别能力。(此处客户包括本地手机、车载显示屏客户和美国客户)
3. 深入了解客户要求,及时准确汇报给日本总部并跟进分析结果,反馈客户。
4. 组织第三方公司进行不良品选别,外协工厂进行来料不良品复判。
5. 上级领导交办的其他相关工作。
1) Support quality & technical engineer with Big customer biz in mainly Beijing or Suzhou.
2) Follow up, discuss, explain, negotiate to customer and internal for Big customer quality& technical, claim, issue, etc. (Big customer mean local mobile or car customer, American customers, etc)
3) Summarize customer’s request and meeting memo, then issue to overseas headquarter/Customer.
4) Handle 3rd-party if necessary to do sorting & OSV at customer and EMS.
Directory Feed-back to headquarter production BU related for quality issue.
5) Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
申请条件
1. 本科及以上学历,电子信息,物理光学,通信机械等相关专业。
2. 可以英语或日语作为工作语言,听说读写能力熟练。
3. 从事LCD/手机显示屏/车载等相关业务品质保证工作3年以上工作经验,有大项目跟进或执行经验优先。
1) Bachelor's Degree or above, fluent English/Japanese;
2) LCD / Mobile phone/Auto business customer quality assurance 3 years or above related experience;
