1. 客先から品質関連の情報を人手し、 社内及びグル一ブ会社にフィ一ドバックする。
2. クレ-ム発生時に発生状況等を調査して情報を入手し、関連部門へフィ一ドパックす社内調3 結果を取り纏めて顧客に報告する。
3. 社内品質管理関連業務について、関連部門と連携を取りながら対応ナる。
4. 必要に応じて、中国国内あるしは海外の顧客もしくはグルブ会社へ出張する。
5. 担当顧客に関連する品質協議その他で日本から出張者が来る際に通訳対応する。
