工作内容
•负责项目管理的成功;
•完成项目的成本、质量和时间目标
•负责项目组的管理、提名、激励和奖励;
•精益管理和SPRINT metodology的应用
•管理工程变更过程
•制定时间计划,
•每周向管理层汇报并及时准备网关审批;
•根据批准的程序,即时间计划,协调文件的编制;FMEA;工艺流程;研究能力;SPFA、BOM、工装夹具清单、工具、量具、布置图、防卡套等;
•负责完成项目移交生产;
•与客户及相关部门(技术、质量等)沟通;
•负责持续的项目检查,以确定改进的可能性和实施这些改进的可能性;
•完成上级交办的其他工作

3.Responsible for management, nomination, motivation and rewarding of the project team,
4.Application of Lean management and SPRINT metodology
5.Managing engineering change processes
6.Creating time plan,
7.Reporting to management on weekly basis and preparation of Gateways approvals on timely manner;
8.Responsible for coordination of the preparation of documentation according to approved procedures i.e. time plan; FMEA; process flow; capacity study; SPFA, BOM, list of the fixtures, tools, gauges, layout drawing, poka-yoke etc;
9.Responsible to hand over finished project to the production ;
10.Communication with customer and all related departments (technical, quality etc);
11.Responsibility for continuously project checking to identify possibilities for improvements and for implementing of these improvements;
