【培训助理】
1.Support to design training Program and Training plan;
2.Define and matching the Training Courses base of the training strategy and customer requirement;
3.Implement annual training plan(different level's training programs, new staff training, oversea training coordinator, training sponsorship management etc)
4.Analyze feedback report of the training event and create the improvement action plan
5.Support training logistics and training quality management
6.Other HR related responsibilities assigned by HR team
