工作内容
l Closely work with HR functions for providing support to BU in implementing regional objectives and goals through providing HR support, coaching and facilitation to BU management
l Act as HR point person for Business Units (BU),Facilitate internal communication across Div/Group/BU, Manage key change initiatives of BU,
l Handle talent management, performance appraisal, salary and bonus review, senior staff recruitment for entire BU
l Drive the HR strategic implementation efforts in terms of process management, business strategy development, and human capital allocation; provide strategic advice for business strategy in HR field;
l Keep warm emotion to research and realize BU industrial trend, monitor their org. operating efficiency, provide proposals on organization development
