工作内容
■Work with SVP (or any executive appointed by SVP) in
developing short and long-term strategic direction for Asia
Licensing Division, strictly focused on China.
■Finding the new business opportunities with appropriate
companies in China for the said properties with full research and
knowledge.
■Negotiation with these prospects to organize the deal terms,
completing the required information for the said Licensor/Client’s
review and approval.
■Execution of contracts with these prospects, collection of the
Minimum Guarantees in light of working closely with Licensing
Administrative team in Asia.
■Monitoring all business development of these prospects in the
market, to maximize the success.
■Drive regional retail development with licensees, marketing plan, promotions when required by Clients from time to time.
■Managing assigned properties’ existing licensees for the on-going success of business.
■Managing employees in Shanghai for better and efficient results.

■Strong sales experience and management in licensing is essential, including negotiating abilities.
■Know-Who and Know-How personnel skills.
■Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English, bi-cultural.
■Knowledge in manufacturing and retail as long as marketing industry.
■Experience in a global company.
■Driven oriented, highly creative, excellent leader, strong communicator and team worker.
■Understanding the sensitive positioning of license agent, but aggressive and passionate.
