⚫ Responsibility
CEO SCHEDULE ARRANGEMENT
1. Assist to arrange schedule (biz trip & meeting), adjust based on actual
timely.
2. Emergency contact window for president.
CEO ADMIN WORK SUPPORT
1. Arrange accommodation and transportation for biz trip. Arrange daily car
use.
2. Translate message or other documents from CN/JP to JP/CN/EN.
3. Reimbursement and application in OA.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION
1. Assist in internal and external reach to ensure timely and accurate
communication of information.
2. Receive CEO's visitors. Arranged car, dinner, present If need.
3. Call transferring.
COMPANY SEAL & SIGNATURE MANAGEMENT
1. Sort documents need president signature and send back or delivery.
2. Handle company seal matters. Make sure all documents will be approved
in advance and all business can operate normally.
3. Response to consultation about company seal and signature.
EXPATRIATES SUPPORT
1. Support Expatriates work in local safely and legally.
2. Handle regular work of expatriates' apartment/visa/MB/insurance/yearly
physical examination such as payment and renew.
3. Expatriates’ data management and update.
4. Handle consultation from expatriates about work or private and deal
emergency anytime.
